STACKER
The unit is used for stacking sheeted parts. The stacked pile is created by feeding the sheets under each other to produce a stack. The unit is normally fitted directly at the sheeting die.

SHINGLE STACKER
The stacker is fitted to the rewind end of the press, there are no mechanical fixings required. The unit is totally self-contained.

200mm WIDE DIE UNIT
This die unit will accept tool up to 25'' (625mm) repeat. Pressure is applied to the tool by the two adjusting screws on top of the unit.
The unit can be adjusted across the web while the machine is operating.

CONVERSION DIE UNIT
This unit will allow any standard 175 tool to be run on a larger machine. The conversion die unit will accept a single tool up to 18'' (457mm) repeat and can be adjusted across the web while the machine is operating.

5 UP BACK-CUTTING DIE UNIT
The 5 up back cutting die allows dies, anvils or laminating rollers to be placed in any position in the unit, thus making it possible to cut on both sides of the web simultaneously by “S” wrapping through the unit.
All five rollers can be removed.

REVERSIBLE SKELETON REWIND WITH SPLIT CORES
The skeleton rewind has an incorporated gearbox, so the direction of the wind can be changed. Split cores (up to five-way) are available for this unit. Standard friction clutches are used for tension control.
